Amazing winery with a really nice selection of oeno-tourism offers. We did the wine tasting and 'grillades catalanes' mid September - and because it was quite windy outside, we were seated straight in the wine cellar. Food was really nice and authentic, the wines were great and Camille was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. After meeting Mélina at a wine tasting in Collioure, our family opted for the Côte de Boeuf party at Domaine Tambour. This was a singularly wonderful experience and the absolute highlight of our trip. The meal was influenced by local cuisine and perfectly crafted to highlight the entire range wines of the domaine. Not to mention expertly prepared by the winemaker herself! What a treat :)

Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est d’une chaleur rare : on est reçu avec simplicité, sourire et passion. Le lieu respire la sincérité d’un savoir-faire familial, perpétué depuis cinq générations sur ces coteaux escarpés dominant la Méditerranée.

La visite, entre vignes et cave, est un savoureux mélange de rigueur professionnelle et de convivialité. Chaque légende, geste et détail technique relève d’un engagement authentique envers le terroir. Le choix d’activités – randonnée, VTT électrique, escapade en catamaran ou soirée « Côte de bœuf Party » – ajoute une touche ludique et unique.

La dégustation est un véritable moment sensoriel : vins riches, élégants, ancrés dans le sol catalan, pleins de personnalité. Et pour prolonger le plaisir, les accords mets-vins sont parfaitement maîtrisés, avec planches généreuses, charcuteries fines et cuisine simple mais généreuse.

Le cadre est tout simplement enchanteur : terrasses en schiste, vues panoramiques, convivialité autour d’une dégustation à thème… Une vraie parenthèse ressourçante, entre humanité...
