Les Gorges du Loup is a beautiful canyon carved by the Loup (French for wolf) river flowing down the Alps. There is a wonderful hiking trail taking you up the canyon to the picturesque village of Gourdon - some say it is the most beautiful in France - like an eagle nest dominating the valley beneath. Up there enjoy the spectacular view spaning southwards to the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean. On a clear day the snowy summits of the island of Corsica (240 km away) are in sight if you look to the south. Voici les Gorges du Loup En partenariat avec les gardes forestiers, site exceptionnel à préserver impérativement Normalement le site est inaccessible aux promeneurs car il est classé Natura 2000 Il y a quand même la possibilité d'en voir la couleur et de contempler cet endroit exceptionnel si vous faites une activité de randonnée aquatique ou canyonning ou escalade (site d'escalade classée difficile pour les confirmés) Tout en respectant la faune et la flore de cet endroit exceptionnel Je vous conseille d'aller voir Fun Trip qui se situe juste à côté de la fabrique...
