Worse experience ever with multiple staff in this Zara shop! Came to exchange clothes that were not the right size, the staff made a mistake and started the process of refund instead of exchange Not only they didn’t apologize, they didn’t care and asked me to repay for the clothes as “the process of refund had been initiated, couldn’t be stopped and I should get the refund in 10days…”. I could accept the mistake and therefore paid for the new clothes (although not everyone has an unlimited bank account to pay twice for clothes!) but then they refused to give me a proof that I had return the original clothes and paid for the new ones … when I said to them (the cassier and the manager) it wasn’t acceptable that I had no proof of return nor of refund they just shouted at me that this cashier was new and that I should just hope to get reimburse within 10 days… the manager was very aggressive when I was only asking for a proof (or a ticket) I had returned the clothes…
so not only I had to pay twice for the clothes, I had to leave the shop not knowing whether I would get or not a refund for sure. And I got to be humiliated by the manager who shouted at me “who cares about proof of reimbursement, these are ONLY clothes”

It was two weeks ago, when I bought a dress and 1 hour later I went back for return it, because I found a better one at H&M, just across the street. I didn’t even try the dress on, because the line was insane and the cashier lady (inflated lips, tanned skin, brown or dark hair) was putting laughs on me!! At first she called me to come to cash register, but she was talking with her colleague so I had to wait a few mins before they stop the conversation. While she was chatting with her, she finally took the dress, laughing and asking her colleague to smell it. Her colleague didn’t want to and threw it back to her like a ball. Read moreUnderstand this is a fast-fashion store in France. Most shops don’t allow people in 15 minutes before closing- that’s standard here. People in France only work to live and want to go home. Anyway, you get what it is, fast cheap fashion. Fitting room line is always super long so know your size before going to Zara or take a gamble. The store is always super crowded, as people recognize this store the world over. I live in this city and will only go here as a last resort if I don’t find what I need elsewhere. 3 stars earned for the selection rotating often and the newer self-checkouts so you don’t have to give a phone # or ID, which they ask for at main registers, for tax rebate purposes with all the tourists.
