A rather disappointing experience. The tour is great because the sceneries are just plain spectacular full stop. What I regretted is the low level of service with this company. Staffed talked to us about the different excursions great then we were left there waiting. We purchased the tickets for 2pm it was a few minutes before 2 we got rushed to the boat as if we were about to miss it but only to wait 30min in the scorching heat of the front uncovered deck of the non air-conditioned inside of the cabin. Not much of a choice! Also we were told the tour was 1h we got 55min and if everything else would have been great I wouldn't have minded. Guys I understand that you want to fill up the boat in order to make as much profit as possible and to be able to pay your staff but please be honest with the guests that are forking out the money for that! A simple courtesy warning that we'll be going when the boat is full would have been greatly...
Read moreFrom the very start the one hour sail was absolutely fun and informative: the service desk very clear in what sort of sailing (“take the next boat, as it will be a better one,” we were told), and once on board, the guide kept cracking jokes: “You’re in good hands here because the captain’s grandfather was the captain of The Titanic.” / Corse is known for its beautiful “Macchia or Maquis, heady scrubland mix of endemic plants specificb to the island, well known for the biodiversity, gorgeous flowers, wild boar, armed men in balaclavas and sometimes burned cars.” Anyway it went on with “great Corsican mariner songs” when he played Bob Marley. But we also learned a lot about the cliffs and grottos. For example, The Guns of Navarone (1961) was partly filmed there. Above all some...
Read moreMyself and my husband travelled an hour to take this tour to visit Lavezzi island, following instructions from the website that there's no need to book ahead and that they run until 16:30. After purchasing our ticket we found out the boat won't stop on the island because it's too early in the season and there's not enough customers, the last boat was at 14:30. All the salesperson could do was show me that they have a sign at the pier saying hours can change with the season. That's not very helpful if you've already travelled to take the boat from the website's instructions. We're very disappointed with this experience. They did very kindly refund us our tickets which is why I'm giving 2 stars...
