PINS Bowlingcenter — Local services in Bremen

The place is very clean, with friendly staff but not very organized. We were there for a birthday, and in spite of having reserved 3 weeks ahead, it seemed that they were surprised! We had to wait for an unusual time to be given a table! We were told that we needed to be at the place 15 minutes earlier than the booked time; we did so and we ended up waiting in the cold for 15 minutes till they opened up! We also had to wait about half an hour till we could get the popcorn we had ordered! It looks a bit unprofessional to run such a big bowling center only with two persons on Saturday noon! Only after an hour other workers and waiters showed up! My recommendation to those who decide to enjoy bowling here with children: Definitely have your own snacks and drinks in your bags and don't rely on its...

Nice place but unbelievably expensive and crap service. Example: we asked for 1 hour bowling for 2 persons, 1 adult, 1 kid (36€/hour), we were firstly placed on a lane that was not working, then moved 5 minutes after on an other lane, we started bowling and not even 45 minutes after, we had to stop. We then asked to pay and they couldn t find us having played on that lane. They discussed all together for few minutes and then asked me to pay 43€ without any explanation; i explained that we had not even played for 1 hour and the girl told me she cannot do anything. Regarding food, one of the woman at the service was really not pleasant, i decided to beheave the same to level the atmosphere. I will not come back...
