Unfortunately, my experience at this store was quite disappointing. It seems like the consultants first look at what you’re wearing before deciding whether you’re worth approaching. If you don’t “look the part,” they simply ignore you.

When you actually need help choosing a product, suddenly every consultant becomes “busy” — someone starts moving boxes, others stare at their phones, or just disappear altogether.

Even after spending over €200 on products, I didn’t receive a single sample or even a simple thank you. It feels like customers are seen only as wallets, not as people.

I was shopping in Douglas and ended up talking to Dehab at the hair salon there. She is so nice and I spontaneously decided to have her cut my hair. The whole experience was very friendly and professional. I am always nervous at the hair salon but she put me at ease. The resulting cut was just what I asked for and I'm so happy with the result. Also it was very good value. I'm so happy with it that I will return. Honestly, I'm gutted that I never tried them before because I've had some poor cuts in other Darmstadt salons in the past and they've been very expensive. Good place for shopping good variety of products but strange enough they don't sell the bramd make up for ever that I think it's one of the most important and I wonder why. Another thing I found strange is the fact that when I asked if they have a particular brand to a girl at the cash desk she answered me she didn't know why she was at the cash desk I find this things a little bit strange, you work in a place and you don't know which brands you sell.
