Heinemann Duty Free Hannover (HAJ) — Local services in Langenhagen

I went into a store at Hannover Airport just to look at perfumes. I picked up a box of perfume that was already open to test the scent, as many customers do. The saleswoman started yelling and insisted that I had to buy the product because ‘testing is not allowed here,’ even though it’s always allowed on other products. I didn’t have money to pay, and she threatened to call the police. Since I had a flight, the police just took my details and said they would send a letter home.

I did not steal or damage the product. I have always bought perfumes at this store, but after this experience, I will never return and will not recommend it to my friends. It was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that could have been easily avoided if the staff had calmly explained the rules. The saleswoman acted purely...

Als Inhaber einer "Heinemann and Me" Karte lohnt sich der einkauf ab und an (Prozente/ Rabatte werden zugeschickt). Ansonsten ist der "Duty Free" Shop nicht günstiger als andere Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Und im Internet erhält man ziemlich alles Günstiger. Aber weshalb ich nur 1 Punkt vergebe, ist die schlechte bzw. nicht vorhandene Beratung. Sowie dass, die Hotline andere Auskünfte vergibt als die Verkäufer. Es gab mittlerweile mehrere Aktionen der Verkäufer die mich verärgert haben, wie z.B dass wenn ich mein 15% Gutschein einlöse nicht die reduzierten Artikel berücksichtigt werden, sodass ich teurer auskram. Auch bei reduzierten bzw. Anboten gibt es noch Unterschiede. Also leider nichts transparent...

Sale prices are still over the market prices. Just stay away and buy what you need outside from this shops. Don’t made them earn...
