Zigolini Caffè & Bar — Restaurant in Langenhagen

The one and only cafe I would ever go to at the Prague airport, meaning the whole airport! Of course the coffee is beyond and above perfection and the variety of food and it’s quality and preparation with a meticulous attention to detail is the bar key motto. Honestly- so good and filling! Why I always stop by, both departures and arrivals is the wonderful staff working this bar! I admit I’m quite a picky customer who likes food and coffee just as to my taste. And here they listen, they do their level best to accommodate and thus succeed every single time! Today, just now, I’m having a coffee and a plain croissant. No, it isn’t on their menu yet they managed to sort out this for me. And toasted the pastry, just as it should be.

What also amazes me is how kind and friendly the staff is there, no matter how busy the bar is and how rude some customers can be.

I travel a lot, mainly short work trips, Europe, meaning loads of “eating out”. The bruschetta I ate today was good, but unfortunately the attitude of the two employers it’s something you can’t describe… but I have to say that one is better of the other one. The one with hair at the shoulders, she answered in a really rude way to the person in front of me, saying “I can’t repeat things 10 times”. And then she commented in German with her colleague. But darling you have always to be kind, also if your day it’s not a good day , if you are working with people. I will never come back to this place. Also there are some tables and they were ALL occupied by people working, not eating. I think they should eat and go and leave the table to who will arrive after, and if they are not moving, the employers they have to ask for it. 13.10.22, 05.25h. Unhygienisch, ekelhaft hinter dem Tresen; Tische vor dem Tresen werden nicht abgewischt. Der Angestellte Tarik fasst alle Lebensmittel, egal ob Toast zum Aufwärmen oder Brote zum Schneiden ohne Handschuhe an, nimmt von der Kelle auf den Tresen gefallene Eiswürfel mit bloßen Händen auf und legt sie in den Becher für den Gast zurück und heruntergefallene Kaffee- Becher wieder in Stapel. Absolute Frechheit und hygienisch ekelhaft!!!! Zumal er auch offen gähnt, wenn er kassiert und seine Hände dabei an den Mund nimmt, zumindest am Ende des offenen Gähnens. Das hat mit mitteleuropäischer Benehmen nichts zu tun. Ansonsten lehnt er recht locker mit einem Arm auf einem Tresen links der Kasse und schlürft aus einem Becher easy sein eigenes Getränk anstelle flott zu bedienen. Das lockere Trinken schafft auch sein Kollege! Die Kollegin ist genervt ob der Fragen nach großem oder kleinen Latte macciatto, obwohl an der Tafel nur eine Größe/ Preis angeschlagen ist. Ansonsten ist sie noch die fähigste Person an dem Morgen: nie wieder werde ich hier etwas kaufen!!!!! Zusatz: der zweite Angestellte an dem Morgen bezeichnet in einem lauten Gespräch mit einer vorbeigehenden Flughafenangestellten kokettierend den eigenen Arbeitsplatz als Puffladen, in dem er noch bis 11.00h arbeiten müsse, obwohl er schon um vier Uhr angefangen habe und sich auf 10.0Oh eingestellt habe. Vielleicht trifft er damit unwillkürlich die Beschreibung seines eigenen Arbeitsplatzes.
