Regarding Penny Market Sandhofer Str. 329, 68307 Mannheim

There is always problem with the flies. A lot of flies in the store around the vegetables. To be honest it is disgusting. I think the management should do something. Perhaps they can install electric fly killing machines in the store with that ultraviolet lights. Maggots is on the foods. (maggot is the larva of a fly)

Update. I contacted their customer service. Automated message informed me that they will contact with me in 5 days. Nothing happend. There are even more fly in the store.

Other thing. They have moved trolley cages into the shop with fresh delivery. I took out fresh union from it the the worker told me off. Why? What difference does it make if I pick it out and not waiting until she put it on the shelf? But no problem. I put it back and waited until she put it on it place. Than I was take my time until the shelf she asked me to move as she wanted to put on other crate there. But I happily told her that se can wait until I finish there as I was waited...

Dieser Penny ist eine Katastrophe, wenn möglich versuche ich es zu vermeiden dort hinzugehen. Es ist grundsätzlich viel zu voll. Der Umbau hat ein entspanntes Einkaufen so ziemlich unmöglich gemacht. Man ist eigentlich nur damit beschäftigt anderen Kunden oder Mitarbeitern aus dem Weg zu gehen, da die Gänge inzwischen so eng sind, dass zwei Leute kaum aneinander vorbeikommen. Wenn dann noch Einkaufswägen ins Spiel kommen ist so oder so alles vorbei. Das Sortiment ist überschaubar, es gibt dann beispielsweise Spaghetti Bolognese in zig Ausführungen, anstatt einfach ein paar Varianten, die sich schlechter verkaufen durch etwas anderes auszutauschen. Der Höhepunkt kommt dann an der Kasse. Wer seine eigene Geduld testen möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Die Schlangen sind grundsätzlich lang, ich habe es schon erlebt, dass die Schlange bis zur TK-Pizza gegangen war. Die Person an der Kasse hat sich dadurch aber natürlich nicht beeindrucken lassen und hat munter weiter erzählt. Irgendwann kam dann endlich Mal jemand, aber auf Grund dessen, dass der Kassenbereich absolut unübersichtlich ist, ging das Chaos dann erst richtig los. Für kleine Einkäufe wäre der Laden an sich eigentlich perfekt, aber selbst davon würde ich eher abraten. Entweder ist das was man sucht vergriffen oder gar aus dem Sortiment geflogen und die Wartezeiten an der Kasse treiben das Ganze dann noch zusätzlich...

Terrible customer service. They keep scanning the items so fast without giving you enough time to stow them in the bag. And on top of that they give you the annoyed look... Change your attitude towards customers. We pay for your salaries. A little courtesy would not hurt. This review is not aimed to all cashiers, though. Great...
