One of the newest baths in Budapest with a special iodine and salt containing thermal water. There are two main sections: wellness part and a pool area. The wellness area is not included in the basic entry ticket. In order to use this area, you need a supplementary ticket (inexpensive) and be over 14 years old. There is one fully outdoor thermal pool which faces the Danube. The other outside pool is partly indoor and there is also one more outdoors swimming pool. There are a further 3 more pools indoors, only one is dedicated fully to the special thermal water. These three pools are not very spacious with the max capacity of 10-20 people. The thermal pool was always crowded. In the wellness area, there are two saunas, one steam room and an infrasauna. Kneipp pools, a cold-hot plunge pool and a seating area.

The outdoor sauna is called "panorama sauna" - well, that's a bit of an overstatement. It has one window, the sight from it is not exactly spectacular.

Families with kids can enjoy the kids' pool or the main pool.

A good number of reclining beds are provided throughout the building and outside.

All in all, good bath, I recommend. Good value for money. But crowded on weekends.

One star less than max because: Even though the complex is brand new in 2020, cracks and peeling spots already show on the pillars of the main areas. The project of building/refurbishing this bath did cost a lot, so I wonder why the materials are failing. Towels are mandatory in the saunas and a designated staff member polices the area for people without towels. It's a bit over the top. Children under 14 can't enter the wellness area, but I spotted a few kids visibly younger there. Instead of towels, this should be monitored more.

Plus star was given for the beautiful mosaics found everywhere in the complex and outside of the wall (two mermaids picture) -...

Beautifully maintained facilities, well kept swimming pools, superb outdoor area and most importantly very friendly and caring staff. They have an iodized wellness pool that has a massive indoor and a reasonably sized outdoor area. Additionally, there is a 25 metres long deep-water swimming pool for swimmers that also includes lane dividers. Furthermore they have a massive wave pool that goes on for 15 minutes every hour. This is also suitable for older kids. And last but not least, they also have a kiddies' pool with slides and fountains, etc. (FYI: Adults are not allowed here for hygien reasons.) All of their outdoor pools are heated as well. Some more than others as per age category. They have ample lockers and changing facilities, Well cleaned toilets. Other than that they have loungers for hire, some shades around the wave pool, and a brilliant jungle gym area for kids to burn excess energy. Finally, they also have saunas and other health facilities, but we didn't use those. I would say it is the cheapest outing, but most certainly worth your bucks. We can't wait...

Negatív tapasztalatok kisbabával az uszodában!

A mai napon,december 26-án csalódást keltő élményeket szereztünk az uszodában. Először is a falon lévő pelenkázót ábrázoló szobát kerestük,ami valóban nem létezik. Kérdésünkre ez volt a válasz:"a folyosó másik felén található egy wc amiben van egy pelenkázó". Másodjára azt észleltük,hogy a baba medencében a víz hidegebb volt, mint a felnőttek részén, ezért maradtunk az utóbbi medencébe. Pár percre amiután bementünk a vízbe,arra kértek bennünket, hogy vegyük ki a babát a vízből. Elmondtuk,hogy a kisbabáknak lévő medence hidegebb ott senki sem tartózkodik,ezért jöttünk ide. Miután magyarázatot kertünk egy biztonsági munkatársat hívtak,(mindaddig a medencén kívül kellett tartózkodni egy 10 hónapos kisbabával)aki nagyon hangos kiabálással zavart okozott a kisbabánk körül. Közben mellettünk egy másik család is kisbabával várta a magyarázatot. Semmi magyarázatot nem kaptuk,csak annyit hogy ez a szabály. Hőmérőt hoztak és 3 fokkal volt a kisbabáknak való víz hidegebb.

Ezek után a szabályok világos magyarázatát továbbra sem kaptuk meg, annak ellenére, hogy többször is kértük. Végül pénzünket visszakaptuk egy vita után, amelynek során ismét problémát jelentett a blokk bemutatása.

Más babával érkező látogatók is csalódottan hagyták el az uszodát. Az ilyen viselkedés szégyenletes és egyben szomorú is.

Az egész személyzet kivétel nélkül kimondható,hogy nem gyerek szerető.

PONTOSÍTÁS írására!

Az,hogy több helyen kívan téve a pelenkázót ábrázoló rajz a falon nem igaz(azt elhiszem,hogy ezt azonban megfogják változtatni),viszont ahová kívan téve abban az irányban nincsen. Igen,a kollégák megmutatták a falon ábrázolt rajznak az ellentétes irányában található rokkant vécét ahol egy pelenkázó asztal található . A falon lévő rajz csak a rokkant vécét ábrázlja,de nem a pelenkázóét! Mi nem állítottuk azt,hogy a gyermek medence vize hideg lenne,a 32 fok megfelelő,mi azt mondtuk,hogy a felnőtteknek lévő medence,az élménymedence melegebb,ami valósnak viszonyult miután megmérték és ez 35 fok volt. Az önök válaszát félre lehet értelmezni,szeretném tisztázni hogy csak egyetlen egy medence van a nem szobatiszta gyerekeknek és bébiknek egyaránt. Írásunkban,ahogyan a helyszínen sem(ezért írom a panaszt most másodjára)nem kaptunk még választ arra,hogy miért nem lehet egy kisbabát a felnőtt medencébe speciális pelenkával bevinni. Igen,a kollégák a pénztárnál felvilágosítottak arról,hogy:a szülő nem ülhet a kisbaba medencébe és nem feküdthet bele. Kérdem én,hogy például egy 3 hónapos és a mi esetünkben egy 10 hónapos kisbabával mégis hogyan lehet élvezni a vizet? Állva,kézen fogva? Hogyan képzelik el? Mi már 3 szor jártunk itt,de soha soha senki nem volt a gyermekmedencében! Igen,merem továbbra is állítani,hogy ebben az uszodában kisbabával vizet...
