Very-very poor service. I wanted to book a table next to the kids area for the birthday of my child when an utterly ignorant woman told me they don’t book specific tables. She can book a table if I want but that’s it. I said that defeats the point as I’d specifically would like to be able to sit next to the child play area so we don’t have to keep running across the whole restaurant. She said we will not do it, best you can have is a table. The audacity! Then I mentioned we will bring the birthday cake made by the Grandmother. Again rough, aggressive tone was hit by her saying you need a HACCP licensed paper to be able to bring your cake! I said it’s a family gathering only. She said no as they don’t want to get fined! I said ok, what other options can you provide? What do you want she says! I mention, that I heard you do cakes too? Yes, we OWN a patisserie, BUT we will not help you book a cake, you email them and arrange. Utterly useless, unhelpful woman, clearly hates to work there, no manners, no service attitude either. To top it all at the end of the call she put the phone down on me without even saying goodbye. Stay away from this place, take your money to where they welcome you and are happy for...

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars. While the food was quite good and the service generally friendly, there are some areas that left room for improvement. The restaurant was very noisy, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. Additionally, the soup wasn’t served hot enough, which was a bit disappointing.

The establishment is part of a franchise, and that was noticeable in the overall atmosphere. It lacked the charm and uniqueness one might expect from an independent restaurant. The service was polite and efficient, but it didn’t go above and beyond to make the experience memorable.

On the positive side, the food quality was good, and the portions were satisfying. However, the overall experience felt very much like a standard franchise dining experience, rather than something special or unique. It’s a decent place to grab a meal, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a truly memorable...

Nem változott (2023.06.19). Ugyanaz a színvonal, ugyanaz a kedvesség figyelmesség, ugyanolyan finomak az ételek. Még mindig nem elvadultak az árak. Mindenképpen ajánlott!

Ismét találkoztunk, és ez úgy tűnik így is marad a jövőben is. Egy szóval: megunharatlan. A személyzet mindig kedves, mosolygós, figyelmes. Az étlap gyakran változik (vagy mi járunk ritkán), így nehéz elérni azt, hogy már minden ételt ismerünk, kóstoltunk. Finoman főznek,, köszönjük ismét a finomságokat. Továbbra is bátran ajánlom akár kisgyerekkel, akár nagyobbal, de gyerek nélkül is. Hangulatos, igényes.

Érdemes volt ismét betérni, nem okoztak csalódást. Mindig megújul valami az étlapon... Most is... Isteni volt a rosé kacsamell. Újra vissza fogunk jönni. :-)

Ismét visszatértünk, és újra vissza fogunk. Ma foglaltunk asztalt... Mára... Gond nélkül ment. Nem voltunk kevesen, de a srácok pörögtek mint általában. A lecsós szűzderék isteni volt, a tatár beefsteak szintén. 7-re megtelt a hely, de ekkorra végeztünk. Most sem okozott csalódást, csak gratulálni tudok a szervezéshez. Köszönjük a vendéglátást!

Visszatértünk...Megvan az 5 csillag. :-). Továbbra is Igényes étterem. Többször jártunk már itt és minden látogatásunkkor elégedettek voltunk. Legutóbb is isteni finom vacsorával sikerült minket megörvendeztetni, nem volt zsúfolt, tökéletes volt az étel, a hangulat, amit fokozott az élőzene. Kisgyermekeseknek is ajánlom, egy kis játszó sarokkal az ő figyelmüket is le tudják kötni.

Nagyon szép helyen van. A dunaparti terasz hangulatos, de a belső terek is igényesen vannak kialakítva. Az ételek választékosak, bőségesek, finomak. A személyzet folyamatosan pörög. A felszolgálók kedvesek, pörögnek, de a vendégeknél lelassulnak, így nem érezhető az, hogy kapkodnunk kellene, mert ő siet, neki sok a dolga. Az ár a helyhez, hozzáértéshez, ételek minőségéhez képest teljesen korrekt. Mi megyünk még...
