Undoubtedly one of it's kind experience for kids in Agra! Have been longing to have a place like this when kids come to Nani house specially in breaks.. Children had super fun and would love to visit more often.

But unfortunately didn't quite like the attitude and policy of this place...they were too rigid on timings despite the place was entirely empty. We asked to pay extra for the Time extension to which the manager was offering us another package for next 20 mins!!

Highly disappointed with this kind of customer service. We all understand the policy and rules are there for a reason . But when it's come to giving an extra comfort to customers where we were merely asking to change the package from 40 to 60 mins we were outrightly refused.

Don't Know how many people here would read the reviews and if at all it makes any difference to anyone but as a customer its important to highlight something which I quite didn't like.

Have taken my kids to several play areas in and around ncr never have been denied an extra pampering as a customer and have always been delighted by the behavior and policy...
