Absolutely disappointed with Cha-Maska Agra. I’ve been a loyal customer since the day this café opened its doors, but today was the last straw.
I simply asked for a glass of water, and to my shock, they refused, saying RO water is not available and I must buy a bottled water. Seriously? This is not just poor customer service, it’s inhumane and downright disrespectful.
Let’s be clear — it’s not about the 20 rupees. I didn’t need the bottled water, I just needed a glass of water. Denying drinking water to a customer — or anyone, for that matter — is shameful and unacceptable.
What’s worse is that this violates basic government regulations, which mandate that clean drinking water must be provided free of cost in food establishments. So not only is this ethically wrong, it’s illegal too.
You’ve lost a long-time customer today. Not because of the money, but because of the attitude, the lack of empathy, and the arrogance with which a basic human need was turned into a sale opportunity. If this is what your café has come down to, then it’s nothing but a business without soul.

Read morewent twice to cha maska to enjoy ambience... Both times service was okay, not great but definitely acceptable. Both times food was below average. Tea was tasteless. Samosa was below average with no flavor of potato, probably stale that's why no proper taste. Overfilled with red chilli powder. And too much salt in. Shimla wali cutlets me no balance of flavour, I mean I am sure the chef doesn't taste or maybe he is overconfident ki cha maska ka snacks toh achha hi Hoga, but nahi hai :( the bhel I ordered has no balance of flavours. And it looks so ordinary trust me when u pay more, ur food should at least "look nice". Anyway, I don't mean harm to any body working at the restaurant. I am giving this feedback in genuine hope that they work on taste.
P.S.And yeah I asked for regular tap water to drink, they didn't serve it, they only sell bottled water. :( aap log ghar se...
Read moreAt Cha Maska, although we sought a departure from Indian cuisine, we were pleasantly surprised by the boss's recommended Indian dishes: Dahi Ke Sholay and Raj Kachori, both standing out as the best we've had in India thus far. Alongside these Indian delights, the Ratatouille Quesadilla, Alfredo Pasta, and Thai Green Curry offered tasty variety. Affordable and satisfying, the Rose Chai, Turmeric Latte, and Lemon Ginger Tea completed our dining experience.
Cha Maska excels not only in its culinary offerings but also in its impressive environment, nestled in a serene setting away from noise and pollution, with ample charging plugs and comfortable seating, allowing for a relaxing dining experience. It is on the second floor of a building among ground-floor shops, making it easy to miss.
This place is a must-visit for those craving culinary excellence with a...
