I had a fantastic experience buying my first Electric Cycle from this store in November 2020.
This is going to be a long review so please read along to know what made my experience so great.
My wife wanted to gift me an Electric Cycle on my Birthday and budget was never a constraint. However, I wasn't comfortable spending a lot of money unless the cycle met all my requirements. My search for a good Electric Cycle began in October 2020. I did a lot of research on the web and also visited several stores but was unable to drill down to a particular model that met my requirement. With lots of confusion in my mind, I was looking for some expert guidance to make a right choice that suited my need.
I found this store on Google and visited here along with my wife with no intention of making a purchase on my first visit. The store owner Mr. Akarsh was incredibly attentive and helpful in making my decision of shortlisting a model that was most suitable for my need, so much so that we ended up making a purchase on the same day. If that wasn't enough, he also offered me free accessories (lock and bell) along with 2 Free service that most of the stores in the neighborhood failed to offer. In fact, the competitors in the area were happy to put me on cycles that would have been an overkill for me at this time, for more than twice the cost of Hero Lectro C3i (yes that's the model I finally bought).
Well, the journey did not end here. From the day of purchase, I experienced issues with suspension and mileage which I immediately reported to Mr. Akarsh. I am a tester by profession and I was pretty sure that the problem was something beyond repair. I wasn't worried at all as the cycle had a warranty of 2 years and I was pretty sure that a reputed brand like Hero would definately honour warranty claims. However, often its the process of warranty claim, one has to go through which makes the whole experience a nightmare.
This is where my experience of after sales service with this store comes into picture. Mr. Akarsh was patient enough to listen to all the problems. I was then introduced to Mr. Aarif who is the chief mechanic at this store. He examined my cycle thoroughly and concluded a faulty suspension and recommended a replacement under warranty. The battery also turned out to be faulty and I was offered a replacement with a new battery as it was also covered under warranty.
[Such problems do not occur often, perhaps I was that unlucky (or may be lucky ๐) one in a million customer who had to experience this and have no regrets what so ever. It's taught me a lot about cycles and the technicalities of an Electric Cycle for no extra cost ๐.]
The replacement request was placed through the store and to my surprise, it was a hassle free process. It took around 10 days for the replacement parts to arrive and I was promptly intimated upon arrival. My cycle was by now due for its first free service. Mr. Aarif did an excellent job in servicing my cycle and also replaced the suspension and battery.
In a world where most businesses focus on just sales, this store stands out from the rest and provides an excellent after sales service as well.
Subsequently, I made several purchase of accessories for my Cycle and Mr. Prakash from their sales team with his decades of experience, helped me with my purchases.
I look forward to staying with 7 Peaks Cycle store to maintain my Hero Lectro C3i. This store is definitely going to be my primary choice to purchase accessories for my Cycle and is also going be the place for all my future Cycling needs.
I have recommended this store to several friends and relatives which I usually do not do unless I am pretty convinced myself. I must say that this store strives to give the best customer service possible in both sales and service. They believe every customer should feel welcome and comfortable in their store. When we purchased it, he stated that it was imported and that we had a warranty and guarantee; but, when we returned it with difficulties, He saying that it was as if we merely had to pay. I purchased a Montra Timba Medium Bicycle, and it starts rust in Pedal , Rim side, Brake Wire and pedal bottom crank set were Damaged within a few days of purchase. After following up more than ten times, he fixed my bike's front and back wheel mudguards, which were also BSA and not Montra Timba. When we leave the Cycle for general service , we have to follow up for up to two days to get the service completed. I bought a front light with a horn set and it stopped working after a few days. I went to the shop and asked for a repair, and after a long time, he agreed that we have it repaired, but after a week, he returned it back to me has not repaired and saying that its having no warranty...

My montra downtown had basic issues but in few minutes without hesitation fixed and was delightful with services from his staff. When there was shortage of tyres. I was given spare until I got new one and when got new tyres, felt better than what montra provided. Me and my frnd was so happy with hospitality that we often reach him and get few stuff and going forward will recommend his place and also for services. Akarsh not only a professional by sales but also good at heart by suggesting what is required and stopped us from other expenses which we planned that was unnecessary.
