Read moreI had a truly frustrating experience with Sai Prasadam, Vijayanagara, and I feel compelled to share it so that others don’t go through the same disappointment.
I had placed an order for three items, one of which was ordered in two quantities. However, when the delivery arrived, one of the items was missing completely, and worse — nobody informed me about it in advance. There was no update, no notification, and absolutely no communication from the restaurant’s end regarding the missing item.
When I reached out to Zomato Support to report the issue and request a resolution, they casually told me to just write a review and did nothing to rectify the situation. That response was shocking. I expected some accountability either from the restaurant or from the delivery platform, but both failed miserably.
This level of carelessness and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I paid for the food and didn’t even receive everything I ordered. It’s not just about the money, but the way this was handled with complete indifference is what left a bad taste.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Sai Prasadam if you’re expecting timely, accurate delivery or even the basic courtesy of communication. I had high hopes from this place, but this experience has ensured I will never order from here again.
To add to the disappointment, even the food that was delivered was far from enjoyable. The Gulab Jamun had a strong, unpleasant smell — clearly fried in old reused oil, which made it completely inedible. The Maddur Vade was extremely bland, with absolutely no flavor or seasoning. Worst of all, the Dahi Vade was so soggy, it had practically dissolved into the curd — no texture, no freshness, and there was stale Boondi, some grated carrot shavings, no garnishing of any kind. It felt like a hastily thrown-together dish with no care.
One star because I can’t rate it in negative. To other customers: Please think twice before ordering from Sai Prasadam. Altogether, it was a highly disappointing experience, both in quality...
Read moreWe have been ordering Food from this restaurant for the last 2 weeks for few of our staff's and the food quality, packaging has always been good. Our order in general has been South Meals, Butter Roti+Jeera rice/Kulcha Jeera rice. They also follow instructions of packing food items separately when mentioned. Just once the Coconut chutney sent had gone stale but would ignore considering the weather was also bad otherwise the restaurant never disappointed and yes, they drew a small smiley in the package before which was cute however missed that in later orders :) :) Please do continue to maintain the good food quality. I am sure people will love the restaurant...
