Visiting this store is such a headache because of the extremely uncooperative and rude staff-in particular one female staff. Overall, none of them seem to have an interest in their work. When I had visited initially, the store was still okay. Now with the present staff and most items being out of stock or limited, the situation is really bad. The maintenance of the store has also declined badly. The previous time I visited, I bought a frock for my baby. I asked for newborn size for immediate wear but I was given 0-3 months size. Within 1 hour I returned it. On the bill it is mentioned that as long as the packaging/tag is intact, clothes/shoes can be returned/exchanged within 7 days and a credit note will be given that is valid for 6 months. However, the lady in the store argued that they will not accept any returns/exchange. After showing her the t&c on the bill and having to argue back, she agreed to give a credit note and made her own rule that it will only be valid for 2 months. When I went back with this credit note, she rudely asked when it was given and was screaming across the store that the time is almost up (when it wasn't even 2 months). Worst Firstcry store i came across till date. Had a very bad experience in this store. Until the bill is done they act very well as customer is king and once the bill is paid, they bring up useless rules & no value for customer. To give context, I had visited this store to buy diapers for my kid, I added rattles & got them billed & left the store as I was in hurry to visit hospital to see my baby. I realized the rattles which I had bought were not clean(untidy or damaged). I mean the paint/color on it was coming out and was sticking to outer packaging. Hence I visited store to either exchange it or buy some other toy. But this store owner brings up his own rules nd says "No exchange for toys". What the hell is this? The pack is sealed and bought 30min ago but he still refuses. First thing, any store isn't supposed to sell untidy/damaged toys as these are used by infants and no compromise on it.

Never ever visit this store, better buy from other stores nearby as there are plenty of it. Visit other firstcry stores or babyhug stores but frankly speaking avoid visiting this store. No complaints for the staff as they...

Bought many stuffs for my new born, they were ok but the mittens quality are worst bought around 20 pairs of mittens we washed it before using and all of them leave threads on baby’s hand after using them and the colour leaks too. Its totally poor quality and very very unhealthy for babies.Never gonna shop again from this mahendra venture.

Dear admin its good to be defensive about ur product but not to doubt on a loyal customers review. One of your pack contains 3 pairs so I bought 4 packs consists of 12 pair and my family bought 3 more packs which counts more than 20 pair.
