Pizza Hut | Coles Road — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I ordered two medium pizza via online mobile app at 7:24pm. The expected delivery time was 7:54pm. In Both the medium pizza I had removed capsicum topping The tracking app said that delivery person is on the way. Later I get the call from pizza hut don't know who , saying that it will take an hour to deliver due to some reason. I checked the app again to track the status ,to my surprise it said that pizza is delivered. Later I called the pizza hut customer service which is pathetic, they took the complaint and said store manager will call me. The store manager didn't call. Later I called to the phone number which I received initially which said my pizza will be delivered in an hour. When I called to that phone number, that number is of the delivery person he said he is coming in 10mins. Finally he came at 8:45pm and delivered the pizza. The pizza box closed seal was not there and both the pizza I ordered had capsicum, I raised the complaint again this time the customer support connected me to the store manager and the store manager is not at the store , she connected me to the person working in the store . That person noted the order and then it took again 25mins for that to delivered at 9:25pm I returned the pizza which I got initially. The taste of the pizza i received was not good , lots of salt yuck. I will never order from pizza hut again. There are other small pizza shops which do much better service. I went there with a couple of friends for a birthday dinner and they did their best to ensure my evening was spoilt. Terrible service...... it took them 30 mins to take order, another 30 mins before I got my garlic bread...... after 20 more minutes of gap I got my first pizza.....and that too something that I didn't even order. They brought me two personal pizzas instead of a medium that I ordered......the server had absolutely no courtesy to even check with me if I was okay with that. The 2nd pizza came with another 15 minutes of gap so this time around I called for the manager. I explained to him everything that had happened till that point and he said sorry and assured me that they will not spoil my evening any further. To my surprise, as soon as I stopped talking, he entered the kitchen and never showed up again. I had told him that inspite of asking for water twice, no one cared to give it in the last more than an hour and guess what the manager didn't care either.

I finally got a glass of water after my 4th attempt with the waiter and then it took another 10-15 minutes to get me the bill.

This was by far the worst service I had in any restaurant and I for sure will never return there.

I hope Pizza Hut does something about such branches as besides spoiling the branch name, they are creating bad impression for the...

The service was pathetic! We spend around 1650rs for 4 medium pizza for birthday occasion of my son !4 slice was left over n I asked to pack it ! The waitress heard n pretend not to hear it . I asked 4 times more she just ignored . There were other diners maybe she wanted to embarrass us in front of them by ignoring us !She came to serve drink next to our table I said her politely kindly pack our left over pizza ! She took the pizza and came with the box , the way the box was packed we felt something is amiss , we opened it n literally she had thrown the pizza slices in the box. I asked her is this the way to give pizza ! She said that’s how we pack I took the pic to share it on Google ! As soon as I said that she called her manger ! I didn’t say anything I just left ! I wanted to know is our left over pizza we r not entitle to take it back with us ? Left over pizza is thrown to dustbin that’s fine with u guys but can’t be taken for someone else to eat ?
