The place is very cleanly maintained and provision for sanitising is made. All staffs are wearing gloves to serve. Seating facility is also available.
But staffs need to improve their hospitality as they don't respond to customers even though they are free. They just keep chit chatting in themselves. And they are bit rude.
They have ready to serve snacks like Veg burger, Dilpasand, Donut, Samosa, Kachori. Seperate section for milk based sweets, fruit based sweets, snacks like mixtures, dry samosas, dry pakodas etc..
sweets like Malai gulla, Channa Payas, Rasgulla, rasmalai etc were good. Malai gulla is my recommendation. Kaju pineapple was good too. And in snacks: Kaju salt, roasted almond were good. Dry Samosa and Kaju Pakoda was ok ok. And Instead of RasKadam, you can buy Rasgulla as both taste same.
And the most famous Kheer Kadam is as delicious as before. You can have single piece also as there is no minimum limit. Takeaway is at its best as they pack sweets very well and in attractive package. Even milk based sweets will be packed nicely. But to eat all snacks and Kheer Kadam, visit before 5pm as it will go out of stock. It applies to all branches of it. They give Paper bag for takeaway and it looks so royal. Also eco-friendly.
