MASALA — Restaurant in Bengaluru

One of the worst experiences ever! MASALA Pub Bengaluru is a total scam. I ordered 60ml liquor, and they served only 30ml—when questioned, they shamelessly insisted it was 60ml! The staff behaves like they’re running a shady roadside bar. Ordered Chinese food, asked for Schezwan sauce, and they straight-up said they don’t have it! What kind of place is this? Horrible service, zero honesty, and a complete waste of money. Avoid this place unless you want to be cheated and treated like a fool!..

On the day of my visit, I clearly requested you to verify the CCTV footage when I pointed out the discrepancy in the liquor quantity. While you may have remeasured 60ml later, the drink that was initially served was absolutely not the same quantity. If you're confident about your claim, I challenge you to check the CCTV footage and post the video publicly. If I’m proven wrong, I will not hesitate to apologize right here.

As for the so-called “discount” — please clarify what exactly was offered. From my end, I paid for 60ml and was served only 30ml. Calling this situation a “discount” is misleading and quite frankly, shameful. It's disappointing to see a hospitality establishment refuse to acknowledge an error and instead try to mask it under false claims of courtesy.

Went here one afternoon hoping to have a quick lunch, however the service was very laid back. Ordered Andhra style chilli chicken, one of their signature pizzas and sizzling choclate brownie with ice cream.

The Andhra style chilli chicken tasted more Chinese than the authentic one which I was expecting.

Their Pizza Bollywood had a lot of cheese and veggies, however lacked salt. Ended up dunking the pizza in the leftover chilli chicken gravy which made for an unusual yet delicious combo 😋

The sizzling choclate brownie was probably over-sizzled and had a burnt taste 😅 there was also a pineapple slice below the brownie which was caramelized and grilled in the heat, but surprisingly added to the texture and taste of the dish.

The ambience and service was decent. Don't see myself going back unless there is a dearth of other options...
