Kaggis Bakery — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had bought 1.5 kg of Mysore Pak from the Uttarahalli branch on 27th Dec around 5pm...it was having preservative smell.. Old stock...did not have any ghee in it.. It was very bad... Not eatable... Had purchased to give it to my relatives in native place.. .felt very bad that I gave such low quality sweets to my relatives...This bakery cannot be trusted.. A bakery which dumps its old stock to innocent customers... Do not bother about quality or customer's health... Please avoid this bakery... I and my family visit Uttarahalli road branch very frequently as we stay nearby. On 10th Nov 2023 opted some chats here. Chatswala was very arrogant. He made masalapuri when sevpuri was ordered. When asked he speaks arrogantly and tells "it is the way we prepare sevpuri. Eat if you want" and wants me to believe and accept. Also it was not tasting like marsala or sevpuri. It was tasteless thing. Kaggis management has to change the chatswala. Otherwise the food is good. We have been buying food items like bread, samosa etc. here from last 10 years and satisfied. Also had chats here before which was good. Only this particular guy is worst. So, the management please...

Earlier I had rated 5 stars but now everything has changed drastically. All the savouries served during evenings are very spicy( I am a fan of medium spiciness but this is way above that) and have no taste apart from being chilly hot! . First I assumed it was only on a particular day and for a particular snack, last week almost tried 3-4 of different varieties and all looked the same( dead spicy ) .
