Awesome place good quality of sweets and food available, hygienic food, good range of dishes available, taste wise its good, hygiene wise it's good, service was bit slow this might be due to heavy footfall, and ambience is also good, good working staff, friendly in nature, almost everything available in desserts, bakery products, snacks, etc. There is a bit scope of improvement in chole kulche, although that was my personal preference because I didn't like fluffy kulcha that seems like a pizza base, pap bhaji was good, rabri was good, didn't like the rabri faluda, didn't recommend to anyone, gulab jamun was superb it's like the best I can ever have, rasmalai was very nice, also have the restaurant upstairs by the name of 'darbar' that was also good, only thing booth seems to be on expensive side but as per the taste and quality it's seems justified after having it, and there is bit scope of improvement in snacks and main course, must say try rasmalai, rajbhog, and gulab jamun, you will surely fall in love with this place, and there desserts, now I eagerly wanted to try the seasonal sweets like gujia famous for holi festival, ghevar famous for rainy season, because it's seems to be a good combination of desi taste with hygiene and modern decorative style sweets, overall experience was good or I can say excellent or even better than that, and blindly recommend to anyone, a big thumbs up to...

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment on [22/2/24] during closing time. Unfortunately, the behavior of your staff was highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards me as a customer.

Upon entering the shop near closing time, I was met with rudeness from one of your staff members. Instead of providing courteous service, I was hurried and told to make my selections quickly as "we have closing time." This not only made me feel unwelcome but also left me feeling rushed and unable to fully enjoy the experience of choosing items from your shop.

12/09/2022 . The brand name sells. Bought peda as advised by the sales staff, not at all tasty and really high priced. These brands on behalf of the name rip the customers their money. The attitude of the staff is very bad. I wanted 200 gms on a sweet, but he forced to take atleast 250 gms and above all that I could hear him murmuring "why only small quantity" and most of all they didn't want to serve me or wanted my business.
