Dr Mukul's Diagnostic Clinic — Local services in Delhi

Dr Mukul is experienced and well known in the locality and hence i decided to visit him for my first ultrasound during the second pregnancy. He comes across this rude and flustered person who is upset for some reason. Cos his own chairs are dysfunctional in the room he reprimands us to make our child sit on the chair.

Secondly he performs a usg and is being rude and is also misguiding the client. Instead of going fr other options he sent me away saying you are pregnant with no cardiac activity. Come back in a week to check whether u r pregnancy is not. We went to another diagnostic centre. Thankfully the doctor there was calm, patient and thorough to get the usg done correctly and was able to detect cardiac activity as well as fetal pole. We went in for a normal pregnancy scan which de mukul converted into a horrid experience for us. I wonder what would he do to ppl who are already going in scared. His diagnosis and behavior would make people all the more pessimistic about their recovery and diagnosis.

Not recommended. I certainly am not visiting that place Again. He might be having a bad day or is just being human as he is mentioned in response to other feedbacks. In that case don't work that day. Do no harm To people who come to you.. they are looking for words of comfort through their doctors but such behaviour isnot recommended. With your knowledge , another thing very important is being humble...

Worst service!! Uncooperative and lying staff!! I went there for a regular blood test on Sunday at 8 am. My blood sample was collected at 8:30 am. We were told that the report will come on the next day, Monday evening. Accordingly, I fixed appointment with my doctor for Monday at 6:30pm and took a CL from work. I called them at 2pm on Monday to ask at what time my report will be ready and the lady initially said I will get it at 7pm. When I told her that I have an appointment with the doctor at 6:30pm, then she said to call at 6:30pm. However, when we went there at that time she blatantly lied saying that she had said that the report will b available only on Tuesday evening and denied even saying that the report will b available on Monday when we had gone to give the blood sample!! As if we r fools to take leave for work and schedule appointment for Monday if she has said that reports will be available only on Tuesday evening! I don’t know about the knowledge and skills of the radiologist

But on a whole he decides whether a given investigation is silly or not without knowing the full history He was also more irritated because I am already a regular patient of some other doctor And asked me udhar hi karwa lo mere pass kyun aaye

Wth if someone is coming to you and not going to one’s regular doctor there might be some valid reason

Later i went to the diagnostic centre beside it batra diagnostic and there the radiologist heard the situation and understood the need of test and did it very politely

Haven’t met such a weird dr ever in a private practice I dont know his name but i guess he is the main dr mukul
