Nikashee, nestled in the heart of the city, offers a mixed dining experience deserving of a 3-star rating. While the restaurant boasts an inviting ambiance and a diverse menu, it falls short in certain aspects, particularly in the execution of its mix platter.
Upon entering Nikashee, guests are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. However, inconsistencies in service may hinder the overall dining experience, with some staff members appearing overwhelmed or inattentive during busy periods.
The menu at Nikashee showcases a variety of dishes, ranging from Chinese fare to modern fusion creations. While many of the dishes impress with their bold flavors and creative presentations, the mix platter fails to meet expectations. Overcooked and burnt, the mix platter disappoints diners who were expecting a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.
Despite this setback, Nikashee does have its redeeming qualities. Dishes such as the chicken wings shine with their rich, aromatic flavors, showcasing the kitchen's potential for excellence.
In conclusion, while Nikashee shows promise as a dining destination, it falls short in certain areas, particularly in the execution of its mix platter starter. From the moment you walk in, the warm, welcoming vibe and attentive service set the tone for a great experience. The staff here are genuinely courteous, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions, which makes dining here even more delightful.
Their soups are simply outstanding — fragrant, perfectly seasoned, and full of depth. The clear soup is light yet flavorful, while the spicy varieties hit the right notes without overpowering your palate.
The thupkas deserve a special mention: steaming bowls of happiness that are generous in portion, loaded with fresh veggies or tender meat, silky noodles, and a broth that feels like a hug on a cold day. Every spoonful is comforting and satisfying.
The service is prompt and the team makes sure your food arrives hot and fresh, without long waits, even during busy hours.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic flavours, great hospitality, and a cozy dining experience. Looking forward to coming back soon for another bowl of that...

The chicken hakka noodles were good too. Less on oil and the noodles were of the right thickness and boiled to perfection. Sufficient vegetables and chicken pieces to make the preparation quite delightful.
Thoroughly enjoyed and hope they...
