I just went to MI home punjabi bagh for purchase of a usb charger. I clearly mentioned the word "chrger" to the person sitting at the cash counter. He gave me some weid usb thing stating it will support android phone and some other type of phone. I in good faith trusting him purchased the same. To my utter shock when i opened the packet i only found cable with no charger in it. I immediately went back to him and mentioned that i asked for a charger and not the cable. Again to my shock he said I should have known what i was purchasing. He never gave proper explanation. Being a layman and without having proper knowledge of the products a shopkeeper id bound to explain technical details each and everything of his product. He also mentioned that a charger is whole set of cable and the adapter. I told him that then you should have mentioned that earlier and I would have bought both or only adapter. This is unfair trade practice as they also denied to replace the product and said we only sale. We dont take back sold items. He threatened me of dire consequences if i do not cooperate with them. I being a layman was unaware of what was inside the packet and I was forced to purchase a cable worth Rs 250 in the name of "charger". I purchased 2 cables thinking it was a charger. I suggest please do not buy MI products as they do not explain anything and they might fool you. I also suggest if you still want to buy MI products then ask each and every detail and then only buy so your hard earned money is not wasted. I really had a bad experience. They fooled me they took my money making fool of me and absolutely poor after sale...

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your representative Gaurav I was facing the problem in my android Smartphone. I was attended by Mr. Gaurav Goswami working as Cashier in your MI Home Punjabi Bagh. Mr. Gaurav hardly took 10 minutes to rectify the problem of my android phone. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations.

I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr. Gaurav. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.

It's an average MI store if you just want to see and experience the MI products. There was no salesman dedicated to giving information to customers. People ask security guard sitting at the main door about pricing and other details of phone which seems a little unprofessional. They have a good space but not making proper use of it in a professional way. The alarm starts beeping again n again if you touch any phone (why don't you guys get it repaired?). Staff is busy doing their own personal work and not focusing on the visiting customers as if they are not interested in selling anything. Please improve your service and focus on customers if you want to grow the in store sales. Just MI brand will not do anything if you guys do not handle it...
