The Clock World Prahlad Nagar (India's Biggest Clock's Store) — Local services in Gujarat

They don't have any manner to talk to there customers. They have mentioned there closing time as 7:30 pm and we reached there at 5:40 pm still they didnt allow us to enter there store. I wouldn't recommend any customer to buy from this particular store. Gaurang Mehta was the person who said it gets closed at 6 pm and still didn't let us enter the store at 5:40 pm. They treat there customers in a very pathetic manner. The worst part was there iscon branch of golden times asked us to visit this store for the second time stating it will be open till 6 pm and for the second consecutive day they behaved such way. This shop is definitely not the largest Clock shop in India, it slightly larger than regular shops. Seen much larger clock shops in Delhi and Mumbai.

Very expensive, mostly imported wall Clock's by Seiko and Heritage in the price range of Rs. 1200, - to Rs. 25.000,-. They don't offer any repair services and ask to go to a workshop at CG Road, which is about 12 km away, costs Rs. 125,- with autorikshaw via UBER. Don't recommend unless You have money without doing work for it like from government job...they close very soon at 8:30 evening. Avoid if You are a hardworking person. Go there if You get money without...

Overall not a good experience

One thing to be aware of is their strict no-exchange policy – even if you’re still inside the showroom and have just completed payment. Once the payment is made, they will not accept any exchanges, even for genuine concerns or change of mind just minutes later.

So make sure you’re 100% certain before making a purchase, because once the bill is printed, there’s no going back. A little more flexibility or a short grace period would have made the experience more customer-friendly.
