I recently ordered the elaichi chai, thepla, upma combo, and jam butter bread from tea post prahlad nagar, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of the promised thepla, I received a puff, and the upma was replaced with hot water and premix. The mix-up significantly impacted my enjoyment of the midnight cravings . The quality of service and attention to detail in fulfilling orders is crucial, and it seems there’s room for improvement in these aspects. I encourage the brand to address these issues promptly. A cafe which is always busy and a best place to hangout as its very cosy and even the price is also nominal. A good place to gossip

Tea post just lost the quality with which they have started. I was a die hard fan of tea @Teapost but now exploring new places. This tea post is having scarcity of staff, low quality foods, even many menu items were not available, and perosn is so reluctant - NAHI MILEGA, YE BHI NAHI MILEGA. what is this man? Bad experience continuous 2 times, now will not prefer this anytime...

My first experience at the Tea Post in was extremely disappointing. The staff displayed no sense of customer service. Initially, I was asked to wait for 10 minutes. After waiting patiently, I was told to wait for another 15 minutes—without any valid explanation or apology.

The service was not only slow but the staff was also rude and dismissive. When I asked about the delay, the response I received was indifferent: “If you want tea, take it. Otherwise, leave.” There was no courtesy, no communication, and certainly no regard for the customer.
