Satya Paul (Ambience Mall, Gurgaon) — Local services in Gurugram District

Satya Paul garments are popular and liked, i think, because of the innovative vibrance of colors as well as the texture of all materials, light or heavy, allowing the garment to 'fall' delicately be it a dress or a saree. But my brief interactions with the staff at the Ambience Mall Gurgaon outlet over the last few years have made me revise my opinion. At least in this shop, a great chunk of the credit goes to the caring feel of the staff, not only for the garment (reflected in the way they handle n fold the materials) but equally, for the client (evident in the gentle assistance and counseling of colors with a keen eye to the form) without once thrusting the stuff on them. Good grooming ground for young sensibilities ! God bless...

Very good collection of dress material at store but very poor n rude response from reception lady . Inspite of reminding the girl not to put sarees on floor as it would gather dust .. the girl argued back that it’s in all SatyaPaul stores n that they have no facility to put carpets for sarees . I bought a handbag & when i carried 2nd time, their Logo metal buckle fall down. I given to get this fixed again as w/o this there is no value of that bag. Their staff told me it will take 10 days but i called after 15 days & still no update from Ms Preeti.
