Most of the reviews for the hotel seems doubtful, going by the user names. But this is a genuine review. I stayed with my mother for 2 nights during her medical check-up at Fortis Gurgaon. The hotel is decent. You get what you pay for. Going by the reviews dont expect 5 star facilities and treatment. But I would say the price-value proposition is good. It is conveniently located close to hospitals, metro station etc. The staff is friendly I must say. Breakfast has decent options. We opted for dinner too, I would say its OK. Nothing great, but does the job. One thing i noticed, the hotel hosts lots of parties. We stayed at the top (4th floor) so the noise was not evident. But I doubt people in lower floors maybe affected by loud music. Lobby is big enough. One lift, and a small swimming pool. Complimentary Tea/Coffee maker in room. However, only 2 small water bottles. Room size, enough for 2 people for a short stay. More than 2 nights and be claustrophobic unless you get a bigger room. Balcony is there, but mine was not usable as nearby construction was going on.||Overall: Its good for what you pay for. I paid 4000 per night with breakfast and dinner for Standard Room.||Suggestion:|1. Provide adequate hanger, my room had only 1 hanger.|2. Try to use less Oil and spices in food.|3. Our checkin was bit chaotic as you can expect with 14/15 room getting prepared for early checkins, front desk people handled everything professionally and made every effort to get guest check in quick while handling current guests checking out and coordinate the room cleaning.
Hotel administration and service staff were very accommodating to our needs, and catered for numerous request from guest with a smile.
Lunch and dinner food items tasted good and every guest praised the taste and quality.
There were minor small problems with night service as you can expect with party this big and people staying up late, but nothing which will stop me from booking them again if and when needed.
