I took a membership here and was already disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene of Gachibowli branch hence thought I’d try the boulder hills one. The ambience, therapy everything started well but when I finished and came out of shower they gave me just a towel and the therapist asked me to follow her back to the room through the common corridor. To my horror 2 male cleaners were right there as I was exiting the bathroom wrapped in a towel and saw me as well. Even though there were atleast 5 other therapist around none of them had the awareness to inform or caution me beforehand. It was extremely embarrassing and this was informed to the person sitting at front desk - doesn’t seem like they took it seriously at all. Things like these are absolute basics in any spa and it shocks me that this level of general awareness and coordination doesn’t exist. The membership Prices are high and the level of basic safety and discretion seems to be a big cause of concern. Absolutely appalled at this lack of complete management. This is my first time in India , Hyd , after couple of days walking, i needed good foot massage, which i stumpled upon this Spa near my place , i choose the 2 therapists option for foot massage and it was amaaaazing , relaxing and healing , i really like how hygiene and detailed oriented is this spa , morning time is the best time as it is less booked , also i tried thier scrubs and it is amazing ones , unfortunately they don't sell them ... This spa is inside a golf yard which is greenery surroundings and quite area ... Ambience is very serene and calm, with greenery surrounding—far from the air and noise pollution of the city. The manager is very friendly and humble. The massage therapist was very professional, experienced, and certainly very good. I chose deep tissue, which was excellent, and I felt very relaxed. A very good amount of tension was relieved from my body. She definitely applied the right amount of pressure required and addressed the face, body, and head. I felt so relaxed and at ease after her skillful massage. Massage room was very ambient, hygienic, and aromatic with massage oil smell and comfortable bed. This was followed by steam, which was very good, with a good steam room and the right temperature. The shower and all amenities were present. At the end of the session, I felt so relaxed and free.
