Serious Concern Regarding Misleading Information and Product Quality
I have been a regular customer of Organic Creamery, but I was deeply disappointed during my recent visit. As a diabetic, I have always trusted the store's claims that your ice creams are made without regular white sugar and with A2 desi cow milk. The owner and staff consistently stated that only Dhaga Mishri and Stevia are used in place of regular sugar.
However, during my last visit, I consumed only 2–3 spoons of ice cream and tested my blood sugar levels shortly afterward—only to find they had spiked significantly. This is a serious concern, especially for someone managing diabetes. Upon closer observation, it was clear that the ice cream was made with regular white sugar and not with any of the alternatives you claim to use. Furthermore, the texture and taste strongly suggest that normal milk—not A2 desi cow milk—was used.
It is extremely unethical to mislead customers, especially those with medical conditions. I trusted your brand because of its supposed commitment to quality and health-conscious ingredients, but this experience has left me feeling manipulated and betrayed.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, review your ingredient sourcing and labeling policies, and ensure transparency in your communication. Misleading customers, particularly on health-sensitive matters, is not just poor business practice—it can...

I visited this store for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. The taste of the product was not good at all. The staff claimed they use only A2 desi cow milk, but this seems misleading—especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where A2 milk typically refers to buffalo milk by default. It’s clear they’re using regular milk instead.
The products are overloaded with white sugar, especially the hot chocolate fudge, which was far too sweet and felt like pure sugar. They claim to charge ₹1 per gram, but they include the weight of the cup, which is unfair. Additionally, the menu clearly mentions 18% GST, yet this wasn’t transparently explained.
Suhas (presumably the owner or manager) claims they use only organic ingredients, but if that's true, why is the type of sugar not disclosed—especially when using gondh gum? It raises questions about their claim of being fully organic.
Overall, I found other brands to be far better in terms of taste, quality, and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this...
