Santosh Dhaba Exclusive — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My experience with this hotel didn't go well at all. Courtesy is the first thing one should learn in hospitality business. We were a bunch of 8 ppl visited this place for dinner. We have been asked to wait for a while since no two adjacent tables are available. We waited for 10mins and we have been called in. Asked the waiter to join the tables where he blatantly refused. We asked him what was the point for making us wait if you don't allow us to sit together. We moved the tables ourselves and were about to order. Then one of the management persons gave some silly reason and moved the tables away. Distraught by the act, we left the restaurant and went to elements e7 restaurant which is located above this restaurant. Shut the restaurant if you don't know how to do business. Learn etiquette before you do business. People have plenty of options if you behave...

This is the worst place to have food in total hyderabad. First of all no one talks telugu they speak bihari hindi and have communication problem. That is ok manageable. Food is extremely pathetic. The manager argued for a worst food called kulcha which was half cooked. And the last but not least it is worth to sit and eat in platform which will be clean due to GHMC maintenance but not this. Even government bus depots will have cleaner toilets but not this place. Every nook and corner has pan spits and it is to revenge someone by having food here and getting admitted in hospital. Santhosh Dhaba exclusive has a great name irrespective of all santhosh fake branches. But felt local outlet tiffin centre is heaven compared to this extremely ridiculous place at kukatpally. Visited the restaurant for dinner. Ordered Jeera Rice, Paneer Tikka Masala and Paneer Makhanwalla. All the three dishes were tasty. The tikka masala was a bit on the spicier side and surprisingly didn't have any capsicum or onions chunks which tikka masala generally has. But it was absolutely yummy. Jeera rice is flavourful and delicious. Paneer Makhanwalla too is packed with flavour and has rich buttery taste. All three dishes are recommended. The food was served with onion, cucumber and lemon salad which you generally don't get served in restaurants like Chutneys. Staff too is polite and professional. Hygiene can be improved for sure.
