Highway Grand Residency — Hotel in Hyderabad

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and do not recommend it.

Rooms: We booked a suite room for ₹3600/- expecting comfort and quality, but it was far from satisfactory. The suite included a king-sized bed in one room, an attached washroom, another bed, and a 3+2 seater sofa. However, the room was unbearably stinky, with a persistent cigarette smell that never went away. To make matters worse, the room was infested with bugs, which made our stay even more unpleasant. The hot water system was also dysfunctional, causing further inconvenience.

Service: The service was abysmal. The staff, especially the boys, were extremely lazy and unwilling to assist. Even when standing right in front of us, they refused to help with our luggage, leaving the ladies in our group to carry it themselves. To add to this, the lady at the reception was incredibly rude and arrogant. When we raised concerns about the rooms and facilities, she instructed the staff not to help us, which was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Overall: This hotel fails miserably in terms of cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I strongly advise others to...

As indicated in the title, Highway Grand Residency can only work for a busy business traveller looking for a place to sleep with good wi-fi connectivity. Even though it is located right on the highway, the entrance is barely||noticeable and nobody in the neighbourhood seem to know about this place. I had an awful time trying to locate the hotel.||||The facilities are bare minimum and given the (virtually) windowless and zero ventilation accommodation it would be difficult to spend any time in the hotel except for just to sleep. However the room and the bathroom are quite clean though the bathroom did not have any toilet paper. The hotel does not have any dining facilities either though the staff can usually help a guest to order something from nearby restaurants. But if you are in a hurry in the morning, there is no scope of having any breakfast.||||Though I have to say that the management and the errand boys are very courteous and helpful. The location is very good. It is located on the eastern side of the road and is identifiable very easily. The rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are spacious. We took a AC room for Rs 1500/- But the quality of service needs a lot of improvement. The restaurant attach to the hotel provide cheap and tasty vegetarian food. Buffet system is also there which we opted for Rs 99 per thali. The best part is check out time is 24 hrs from check in time and you can check in any time.
