FabHotel Gitanjali — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Booked a room for my workers and had the first hand experience shared by them and went there to check. Awkward spring mattresses of 20+30 yrs old era, literally you can feel them while sitting or laying on them, totally uncomfortable, one can't have a good night sleep. So many electrical sockets in the room, only 2-3 works. The bathroom shower door is stuck on the floor and you have to lift upward to operate the door. The overhead shower doesn't have the water pressure and the wash basin tap makes you wet even opening the tap a little. Either fan operates on 1 or at full speed. Filthy aircondition water drainage, they literally have kept a half cut plastic water bottle on the WC's concealed water tank to collect the water and that too splashing on your head while using the WC. No kitchen, no breakfast, no laundry services available. No professional staff. Not even the fresh mineral water bottles, they collect the old bottles and fill them with RO water as per them. With so many problems, one can very well imagine what kind of water source they must be having. Overall, A Big NO NO for this property. Would never recommend this...

Very poor service and room maintenance also much below par then expectations.

No room cleaning, towel changes, drinking water, poor breakfast service, so overall very poor experience.

The care taker not active to customer issues and improvement suggestions, rather pointing issues at customer end.

I told him to give.me number of owner, and he doesn't want to give it, citing excuses , one after another.

This guy gives breakfast of his choice (poha, parantha,sandwich) and as per his timing of convenience, WOW, AMAZING, NEVER SEEN THAT

He could not even reheat the breakfast ,again citing excuses.

I told him ,I would have to give poor reviews, and this guy says ok, no problem. PATHETIC ATITUDE, BEHAVIOR ,RUDE TO.SAY THE LEAST

I WOULD NEVER COME AGAIN, U GUYS DECIDE FOR YOURSELF

Housekeeping staff shortage as well.

Fooled by Agoda with beautified picture of the property. Can be described as a lodge or inn. Even after being in a Great locality the basic rooms lack very simple amenities such as electric kettle. The rooms were big but not nice. Beds were highly uncomfortable. Kitchen closes by 8:30 pm sharp. Traveled with parents who are 60+ aged. The flush for the toilet was not functioning even after stating this there was no step taken to get it fixed till we checked out before pur stay completed. DO NOT CHOOSE HOTEL...
