Room - rooms are good, very clean and very very spacious, to be honest not seen such spacious rooms with this price tag. super happy with the cleanliness and size of the room. only little downside of the entire hotel is that property looks little worn out at some places, must be there for a long time. otherwise there is absolutely no issue. rest other things make up for this very small hitch.
Washroom - super spacious and very very clean. quite satisfied with the washrooms. you have separate bath which is quite good keeps the washroom tidy.
Service - this is the highlight of this place. super helpful and quick staff. just a call away to the reception and they are super polite as well. there are supermarkets and other things around and they can get you anything in just a phone call.
Location - its not right in the city centre, which is a good thing actually. its in cosmo colony, vaishali nagar which is around 10 Kms aways from the city centre. quite a posh area, super quite and peaceful. the property is in a gated society, so no issue of safety and security at all. also there are plenty of shops and showrooms and cafes and restaurants around. this is the perfect location in my opinion, if you have a vehicle of your own.
Parking - there is a small parking inside the property, and just outside you can park. its a gated society so no issue at all.
Food - there is no in house restaurant at this place, you can get tea and toast. which is again a good thing actually. with such good eateries around, why to have in house restaurant. just order from anywhere around, plenty of 4+ rated eateries in the locality which deliver. also the staff can get you that arranged.
Price - very value for money. better to call Mr. Rathore directly and get an even better deal than online.
I would recommend this very highly to someone going to Jaipur, such a great value for money that its...
Read moreFabhotel Jaipur Villa is around 6-7 km from Jaipur railway station towards Vaishali nagar. We booked 5 executive rooms for 3 days from Fabhotel app. Rooms are really big with big washrooms. Neat and clean rooms - AC and geyser both are in working condition. They also have a big sitting area where you can have your lunch and dinner. Owner is a nice and helpful person, also their receptionist Chintu and other staffs are really cooperative. They have their travel agent who provide cars to visit different places and this agent is also a wonderful person. Now, there are many things where they should start working on - first of all, food - they don’t have any in-house restaurants, you have to order from outside. They only provide morning tea and breakfast - now here, in an average, they provide 1/2 cup tea (sometimes 3/4th cup, but not full 1 cup) and charge 40/-. 2 small pieces below average breads with double egg omelette & charge 100/-, separate 2 pieces of breads with butter costs 70/-. I really don’t understand why they have such abnormal rates here. Now, they never clean balconies - for us, all five rooms have balconies - but all are extremely dirty, it looks like they clean only rooms & washrooms, but they never clean balconies. If u ask them to change bed sheets, they will ask you to wait as they don’t have additional bedsheets or pillow covers. Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but chargeable (more than 50% of 1 full day room charge). They knew that we will stay for 3 nights - still we had to call them everyday night to make dth recharge. Not sure about the logic. In some rooms, there are some holes (in some rooms) - and ants and insects were entering through that - so maintenance were required here. Lift is not available and no executive rooms are there in ground floor. So, overall nice stay, but with some limitations which needs to...
Read moreThe rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. The website does mention that the Homestay provides TV but you will only get 3-4 channels on it. Mostly Star channels. Even the free channels aren't activated. During check-in, we were given 2 bottles per room. Which, they are re-filling with normal water and not giving sealed mineral water. Later we asked again for 2 bottles per room but extra bottles were charged. We asked for a toothbrush which was charged as well. I think they forgot to charge for extra soap we asked for as the body wash wasn't good. 😂 Now, coming to food, we opted for room with breakfast but nothing was good or worth the extra price we paid for. We just ate because we were hungry. The plates, servings they use isn't hygienic either. I would recommend to book this only if you are looking for rooms to stay, don't expect more. 😊 When given similar feedback to the owner, he...
