Beware Buyers and Owner of Manish Agency! These guys are literally putting a big hole in our pocket. Their prices are 18-20 % costlier compared to other shops in the vicinity. Today I purchased groceries worth INR 11000 and chose to compare prices with a nearby shop in the same market as had extra time to pass. To my surprise, the bill of Manish agency C 3 janakpuri was 17.5% more. For example, Ramu Mamra almond kernels billed by Manish agency @ 1500 per 500g and same product is billed on other shop @1250. I went back and reported the matter to the store manager and also shown him both of the bills . He checked both of the Bills and refunded the amount as i was furious to see such profiteering. I would recommend all shoppers to compare price in the same market and urge the owner that practice of such profiteering will land you only in hospital that too without peace. You already have a big customer base with several other brands like dough and cream, even a reasonable margin will automatically bring you more prosperity and satisfaction in life. I would like to remind you about I'll treatment of your staff against my parents.

It is not about discount, sale, profits, quantity, quality.

If your staff at the billing counter lacks empathy and is extremely loud and insulting then you should reconsider this as this behavior will carry forward.

May be if few people walk out and don't visit you again then may be it will be cumulative loss in distant future

We know you since you started venkateshwar shop and slowly build your business.

May be if 30 to 40 people who purchase roughly 25k Rs groceries will lead to loss of more than 1 crore in one year in terms of sale

Incident : my parents purchased dals from your shop. May be the batch overa was bad. It was a genuine complaint and my parents simply asked to replace the package which were unopened.

The way the person at the billing counter handled was very sad
