Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Janakpuri

Was in the middle of a meeting and ordered the coffee but they did not give when after 20 minutes I asked them about it.

I was asked to pay first and then I will get my coffee as if I was about to run with their coffee. Costa coffee and other coffee brands are just another level of experience, but over here saw customer service as a JOKE. Perhaps thats why it's always almost empty.

Also no parking. I had to park my vehicle in the market that was 5 minutes walking from this place.

Employees are completely dull faces while dealing with them. Neither they want to talk to you or even care about answering your questions.

Very bad/weird experience. Will not prefer to go there again. Mood off with the service received. There are nice places...

This CCD branch is located on the first floor of a residential building in Janakpuri. It’s a cozy cafe with ample sitting space and even an outdoor balcony with seats. You can come here for a date, or just grab a coffee and read a book, or work on your laptop.
