Dough and cream is a bakery, dessert, coffee & shakes and fast food cafe in Janakpuri. This place took my heart, they have huge variety of eggless desserts which is the best part. Try their mouthwatering thin crust special Nachos pizza, it was quite unique in taste. Hot chocolate presentation was really good and taste too. Best part of Nutella and Ferrero Rocher Shake is good balance of Sugar which gets the more enhanced flavour of the shake. Kurkure Momos was the best thing which I had there, it was super delicious. Blueberry Cheesecake was so yummy and cost effective too. Loaf was fresh and really soft, especially the Mushroom Loaf. Cookies are tasty and healthy too. Last but not least Dry cakes was really good especially the Pineapple dry cake. Really loved the taste. On the other hand, their fast food range is also quite good. Reasonable and affordable in price and quantity is good enough according to the price range. They made me try all this in just one day. This place is really good to hangout with friends or coffee date with yourself!! They have maintained proper hygiene and sanitisation. Prompt service and friendly staff. Thanks for the awesome...

Food is ok, fresh. Though I felt cheated yesterday when I visited the outlet for a 1 kg cake for my 90 year old grandmother's birthday. After getting back home late at night, we realized they'd packed a half kg cake instead of a 1 kg one. Feeling very cheated and horrible! Plus they never pick up their phones. Ever! None of the outlets! The centralized helpline picks the call and assures assistance but never calls back. Even if it connects to the particular outlet, call gets disconnected immediately on transferring. Very sad! Deducting the stars because of their service and attitude towards running a professional bakery.

P.S.: Managed to get in touch with Mr. Jagdish at the Cafe and he was open to checking whether the mistake had happened at their end. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a sorry note from him this morning along with a package of cookies and sandwiches.
