Very bad customer service. They don't trust the customers and thinks everyone is coming to steal things. .I had brought a steel idiyappam tool from home and that too in a yellow transparent cover to compare and buy one more of same size. When I took it out and was checking the size , one saleswoman came suddenly asking from where I took it. Her behaviour was as if I came to steal it. They didn't even have the size I wanted and also only brass tool not steel was available. If they don't trust customers they should lock the bags before we enter. This is not the way to treat others who shops for thousands of rupees. Never seen this kind of behaviour in any of the other supermarkets.This is second similar trust issue experience facing in Moolans. Had experienced similar in old Moolans store and had stopped going there. Came here to check out the new shop. Also none of the salesperson are friendly and none of them have full knowledge of items in their sections. Loussy Customer Service and treating Customers like thieves. The only mistake I did was I was shopping from here regularly and that too for 1000s of Rupees every week. They neither provide Carry Bags to the Customers nor allow them to carry their own Bags. Today they had issued me a Token and taken my Carry Bags and ket it in the Shelf at the frintbarea. But when I returned the Token in the Counter, they accepted it and was not willing to return my bags even after the entire billing was complete and even the payment was also made.
