Pizza Hut | A M Road, Perumbavoor — Restaurant in Kerala

Visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Perumbavoor recently, and while the food lived up to expectations, the overall experience had a few drawbacks. The location of the store is in an extremely congested area with heavy traffic, which makes access a bit stressful. Parking is another concern — there's barely enough space to tightly fit two cars in front of the outlet, and no dedicated parking lot is available.

Surprisingly, when we visited, the place was empty with no other customers. On the plus side, the food was great — pizzas were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, just as you’d expect from a trusted brand like Pizza Hut.

However, the dine-in service could definitely be improved. We weren’t provided with basic essentials like plates, tissues, or cutlery unless requested, which was a bit disappointing. For a dine-in experience, a little more attention to these small details would go a long way.

Deceptive Advertising Mars Experience at Pizza Hut!

My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Perumbavoor, Kerala, India, left me feeling deceived and disappointed. The enticing image of the 'Masala Lemonade' on display promised a refreshing drink in a glass with mint leaves and ice, all for INR 69 + Taxes. However, the reality was far from expectations.

After a lengthy wait, I received a tiny paper cup of Masala Lemonade that bore no resemblance to the advertised image. Instead of the promised glass, I got a disposable cup, and the mint leaves and ice were replaced with a floating masala powder. This stark contrast between the depiction and reality was not only disappointing but felt like a cheat to a loyal customer.

There are not enough staff, So the typical time to take the order is 25mins and another 30-45mins for getting the order. The Staff is not adequately trained (The staff himself admitted) and won't behave well with customer grievances. When asked for the manager's contact, a staff member claimed (faked) that he is the manager and is willing to address the issue of getting burnt pizza and pasta. There are no tissues on any of the tables, and unlike other pizza huts, it's self-service. The staffs are not in uniform (if that matters), and the tables are not well organized.
