Kohinoor Grandeur — Local services in Maharashtra

I am a resident of Kohinoor Grandeur Mukai CHowk Ravet, flat NO B301, I would like to raise my dissatisfaction as to how the after maintenance activity is taken care here by the Kohinoor Officials, in the line of Leakages. My Parking and my house in some areas has been leaking for the past 4 years after enormous efforts, last week My parking issue got solved, they applied many mechanism to solve the issue, now since last two days its raining out here and because of which the Leakage which they claimed has been successfully taken care, started leaking all over again. and because of which my car is suffering and now with n options left and no parking space, I have parked in such a way, that all the cars is having problem to move out towards exit gate.

I have complained to the official as well, but it seems it is beyond their Control. if any of the reader is planing to have a look at Kohinoor Grandeur, please understand the situation in depth, think twice, that is all I can Say, its the matter of your Hard...

I am owner of a 3 BHK flat in this society and am here since the very beginning, a pathetic society to live in for many reasons

1. Quality of construction worst (loads of complaints for seepage & leakage)

2. The biggest disaster is the Wine-Shop in the commercial area heavy nuisance of traffic and the crowd that comes to the wine shop, it is difficult for ladies and kids to even pass from that place in the evening times.

3. Due to this there is absolute chaos of traffic to cross the patch of 200 meters from entry to the main entrance it takes nearly 20 minutes at times.

4. Amenities provided by the builder are useless there is no play area for kids, the swimming pool is just 3 feet height and the sauna & steam bath is not working till date

If your putting in your hard earned money into this place think not twice but 10 times...

Society is good. In a residential society they allowed a liquor shop! Which is next to exit gate of residential society. How are kids and women supposed to walk? All 4 stars deducted for same. Why can't the builder earn more money by selling it to other businesses? With several other food joints, it was a good place but this liquor shop ruined...
