The ambience overall is very good.. there's an open area as well as enclosed AC room. There's separate zones for family and smokers, so that's a plus. There is live music as well.

Sadly they are short on staff. The staff members, including the captain, the servers are unskilled or very inexperienced.

One of the chicken dishes we ordered had 50% mushrooms and the captain didn't think it was necessary to let us know about it. It was only when the dish arrived and we began eating, did we realize it. When we raised this issue, they said it's their style to include mushrooms in that particular chicken dish. My question is what if some customer was allergic to mushrooms, then what? Also, isn't it a loss to the customer? I ordered chicken, but ended up eating mushrooms instead.

There was one instance wherein the table next to ours had ordered a flambe dish. Our waitress realized this and quickly retreated from our table. Meanwhile, the server on the next table set the dish on fire and the flames came directly onto my little daughter. When both the servers knew what was going to happen, the least they could have done is, warn us. But they seemed to carry on nonchalantly.

Since they were short on staff, our waitress was on tenterhooks the entire time, since she had many tables to cover simultaneously. Hence, she was just banging cutlery onto the table and spilling food all over the place.

Food was mediocre. We've had better preparations at much less assuming places.

My overall experience was not so great and I would think 10 times before going to that...

Firstly it's got a really good ambience outside and inside too. One can experience sitting in a lawn in a peacefull atmosphere at breakfast or evening snacks.. and a fine dine experience for lunch or dinners. They have couple and group arrangements both. They have Dance floor with bar and high chairs. About the Food: I am happy that I could actually get a different taste for every dish I ordered. Mostly I had non-vegetarian chicken dishes yet all were different. Starters are really good, quantity and quality are 5/5! Taste is good, not spicy not sweet, just appropriate. For people who love spicy food you may have to request for it before hand. The quality of the chicken was soft, non-chewy, not very juicy, not dry even. Not to forget you get wheat rotis instead of maida rotis which is great! A healthy option no doubt. The Service: You may have to wait a little depending upon the kinds of dishes you order and the number of people you take along.. but it's worth the wait. A little drawback is you have to wait for the waiter to appear nearby each time you need them😝 Otherwise the staff is alright. Value for money: Just go for it! It's just right.
