Pokket Cafe Mukai Chowk, Kiwale, Ravet, Pune — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I had a very disappointing experience at this café, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

Poor customer service: When we entered, the staff was busy having their lunch and showed no courtesy or basic welcome. Throughout our visit, we had to get up ourselves for basic things like ketchup, tissue paper, etc. — absolutely no attentiveness from the staff.

Disgusting drink quality: I ordered a virgin mojito, but what they served was nothing more than cold water with rotten mint leaves and a lemon slice. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable.

Misleading Swiggy offers: The café displays dine-out offers on Swiggy, which is why I booked a table. However, when it came time to pay, they casually said they had asked Swiggy to remove the offer. How is that the customer’s fault? If you’re not honoring Swiggy or Zomato offers, you should clearly display a notice in the café.

I Had Peri-Peri Chicken Sandwich, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Crispy Chicken Nuggets, White Sauce Pasta, Raspberry Mocktail and finally Caramel Hot cool browny Let’s break it down

1. Food - Worth every penny. Pokket friendly and yummy as hell. Pasta was delicious (can’t get any better for such friendly prize) and Pizza was amazing. Surprisingly way better than Dominos. Pun Intended !
2. Ambiance - Lovely Celtic, Vibrant, Cosy and Sophisticated. Well thought musical theme. Attention paid to every minute details. And they were playing Rock and Roll .. What !!
3. Service - It was on time. Given that we had such a massive one, it was served promptly. I wasn’t expecting everything in 5 mints, you know ;)
4. Management - Amol was so friendly and helpful. We were glad he suggested pasta and mocktail. Owner without miss checked for feedback and food quality. This hasn’t happened to me at all before. The café experience left a lot to be desired because of a few obvious problems that marred what should have been an enjoyable visit. We expected basic services which were irritated by the glaring error of tissues not being on the tables.Moreover, the lack of professionalism exhibited by the workers was very off-putting. Their boisterous, informal chats, held in full view of patrons, gave the impression that they didn't care about creating a pleasant dining environment. The unprofessionalism was exacerbated by sitting in front of clients and making remarks on social media channels, creating an uneasy atmosphere. It is disappointing because the general cleanliness of the institution due to worries about hygiene standards caused by the lack of a wash basin.Management should take note of these instances of poor service and professionalism as they seriously impair the entire dining experience and make sure the café doesn't fall short of patron expectations.
