Used to be my favourite place to go for getting sweets. The sweet are of excellent quality and value only to be tarnished by the irrationally unprofessional behaviours by the staff there. It’s happened before with me, but today was the last time I am visiting this place. 5-6 men behind the counter, nobody could even hear my order. I stood there for 6-10 minutes calmly waiting for atleast one of them to listen but none of them had a sec to even look in my direction. And it was not crowded, just some 4-5 people more who were almost done with their order. All the staff guys were only busy catering to them. Every time I tried to tell my order, they would not even respond. Insanely rude and unprofessional customer service! And believe me, I’m not a person who gives negative views publicly!
