I want to share my experience about lotus court Restrant I order 1kg chicken biryani. 1)They first promise to deliver the food at my home I am stay in Mahindra royal just behind the restaurant and when I call them to know my order then they said you have to come to resturant and collect it we dont have staff to delivery. So I went to resturant then counter person asking me deposit for vessel it 500/- and then almost after 1hr and 30min. My guest are waiting for food .during the having biryani we found almost half kg biryani was totally burnt and stick to bottom of vessel . I did not expect this kind of poor service and experience from lotus court Restrant and they don't give proper service this kind of worst biryani I can't imagin!!! I will not recommended this kind of restaurant to anyone and taste is like I just eat like rice with chicken gravy which is burnt better than this kind of service you should closed restaurant and train your staff and your management to how to handle customer .this is suggestion which help you to currect your mistakes and please don't try to make fool customerI want to share my experience about lotus court Restrant I order 1kg...

Walked in for dinner at this beautiful place. The entire experience from start to finish was better, but it was a little bit expensive. We were greeted pleasantly as soon as we walked into the restaurant and guided towards the seating. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to young and old alike. They are very tasty and well prepared, and you can choose from a wide variety of options. The service was excellent, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the cuisine. They seemed very warm and thoughtful. Our captain came around to check on our experience and seemed to be authentically engaged. The atmosphere is chill and cool. The restaurant combines a luxurious feel with a relaxed ambiance; a beautifully finished restaurant that is peaceful and unhurried. Additionally they have a banquet place where events like birthday parties, wedding anniversary and receptions, small get-together, etc...
