1. You don’t accept that your ppl eating inside store and touching other eatable. Answer this and even after telling you twice you never rectified him. Just see the CCTV Camera.

2. As I mentioned i have 3 bad experiences and worst is with you, two they have corrected earlier. Stop arguing and work on solution. You are feeding JOOTHA to ppl. accept this.

3. No one has made any communal or such comment it’s your cooked up things.

4. First time when staff made comment on dress and tilak, mataji old lady agreed that it’s wrong and immediately she corrected, it’s you who behaved very rude and arrogantly.

It’s upto you whether you wanted to work on improvement. I am no more visiting store and not recommending anyone.

Don’t buy anything if you want pure and want to use it for religious program.

Today around 11 am I went to store. Blue t shirt staff was eating kachori inside store. He didn’t wash hand and touching all food. How can you be so unhygienic. I gave feedback to owner (not the aunty) but this young fellow was very careless and rude and he never said anything to staff. Really they are too puffed up with their success. Old aunty is good bcz she worked hard to make this business.

Rather than focusing on main point and accepting your mistake you diverting your attention to something else. Instead of you if someone else their, he would have immediately point out to staff not to eat. I am your customer since last 10 yrs and we complain only three times, that also whenever we have found something serious, you should be thankful to me for correcting things which is not affecting me but your business also. Regarding communal all these things, it’s lie. No one made such comment, your facial expression and your reply was very provoking to anyone. So better to be open and take positive with the feedback. We trust with you food. Do you understand that. Their are lot of people trust with you food and they should know that your staff eat in store and don’t wash hand and you didn’t say anything. Also you should know that if we don’t appreciate your hard work why we coming to your store since last 10 years but if something serious one must point out don’t try to suppress. Your arrogance is ruining business. Last two times we have complaints. Their was no one on counter for long time and I went to aunty to tell that their should be someone on counter who understand the billing and she sent someone. We do value our time. One time your staff, I can still point out who is he,, he commented on my religious dress and tilak and that’s why I made that comment yesterday. I do have lot of friends from Muslim and Christian background and they respect more than that your fellow staff. So yes, work on improvement. I will make sure unless I talk to aunty and resolve this, I will not buy anything from your store. Are you craving for something sweet or chatpata? @madhuramsweetsandchaat serves delicious and variety of sweets, farsan and chaats. . This place is so amazing and hygienic. The owner and their staff is super sweet and generous. It is a huge shop with lots of variety of chocolates, bakery food, farsan, syrups, homemade dishes, sweets and chaats too. Basically this place is all in one. So you are hungry and don't know where to go then you should surely head towards Madhuram Sweets & Chaats. My experience was delightful and would surely like to visit here again. . Holi Special:

1. Puran Poli- The stuffing was so good and properly grinded. It was a homemade dish and so soft it was.
2. Shrikhand(Rajbhog Flavour)- It highly recommend this dish. It was full of dry fruits and trust me no other shop puts this many dry fruits in shrikhand.
3. Dry Fruit Gujiya- It was so crispy and sweet of the filling was so optimum that I felt like having more and more.
4. Thandai Shots- This was a show stealer. First time I tried and it was so damn good. After having this surely you guys will forget all other refreshing drinks. . Sweets: Their each and every sweets were damn delicious and so flavourful. You won't be able to resist yourself from trying their wide variety of sweets.

Chaat: Dahi Puri- It was so damn good and so chaatpata. I just loved it the way the put extra amount of dahi in it. It was very flavourful dish. .
