STAFF BEHAVIOR. I PERSONALLY VISITED THIS PLACE AND PLACED TO PLACE AN ORDER. THE STAFF WERE BUSY TALKING WITH EACH OTHER. WHEN I SAID I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER SO THE PERSON SITTING ON THE COUNTER SAID " 2 MINUTE RUKO NAA ZARA" SO I SAID 2 MINUTES RUKO MATLAB. THEN I SAID SIR MERI CAR PARKING KI JAGA NAHI HAI ISILIYE MAI AAPKO ORDER PLACE KARNE KE LIYE BOL RAHA HU. SO HE SAID OK KYA CHAHIYE AAPKO. SINCE IT WAS MY SISTER'S ORDER I ASKED THE PERSON TO SPEAK TO HER DIRECTLY ON PHONE. SO HE SPOKE AND TOOK THE ORDER. THEN AGAIN HE ASKED ME A QUESTION RELATED TO THE ORDER PLACED AND HONESTLY SPEAKING I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THIS SO I REQUESTED HIM TO AGAIN SPEAK SINCE THE PLACE WAS EMTY WO CUSTOMERS. SO THE GUY IS TELLING ME KI AGAR AAPKO PATA NAHI HAI TOH AAP ORDER PLACE KARKE KYU AAYE HAI AAP UNKO HI BHEJ DOH APP KYU AAYE HO YAHA PE. I MEAN IS THIS WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. I PLACE THESE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORDER FROM DIFFERENT SWEET SHOPS BUT NEVER FACED ANY SUCH BEHAVIOR FROM ANYONE. INFACT THEY WELCOME THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THEIR SHOPS. AND AMBER SWEETS SHOP STAFF BEHAVE LIKE THEY ARE GIVING THIS FOR FREE AND MAKING AN FAVOR TO US. I WILL NEVER EVER...

Amber Sweets was once a renowned destination, celebrated for its sweets and snacks. Sadly, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The food quality has declined sharply — the taste was far below average.

Even more disheartening was the behavior of the staff, especially the person at the reception. Their attitude was rude, arrogant, and thoroughly unprofessional, lacking even basic courtesy. It was evident that customer satisfaction is no longer a concern for them. In fact, they no longer entertain any kind of feedback or Voice of Customer, making it clear that they are indifferent to patrons’ experiences.

Amber Sweets is no longer the cherished place it used to be. With the steep decline in both food quality and customer service, I would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of better options today that value both quality and customer respect. A truly disappointing experience — not worth...

Amber has been one of the most well known sweet shops in Mira Road since forever. There has never been a drop in quality here and I hand it to them for upholding their quality standards even when competition rose around in multiple numbers.

However, on one of my recent visits to the store, I found that they are not accepting payment via upi apps like GPay, PhonePe etc. Even card swiping facility can be availed for transactions above ₹500. Given the heritage of the shop, would always expect them to be the flagbearer for change, when it is for the better.

Hope they resolve this soon.
