BIKANER SWEETS — Local services in Mira-Bhayander

My visit to Bikaner Sweets was quite disappointing in terms of both food and dining experience. I went there with my mother, who eats strictly Jain food. When I asked the food counter for Jain options, they directed me to the cash counter for a coupon. But when I got there, the person at the cash counter told me to check back with the food counter for Jain options. Finally, I approached the manager, who assured me that Jain food was available.

I ordered a Tomato Uttapam, but they informed me it would only be served with chutney since the sambar was not Jain. I asked for another suggestion, and they recommended Chole Bhature, which I accepted. Along with that, I ordered a regular Mysore Masala Dosa.

When our Jain Chole Bhature arrived, it had onions in the salad. Upon inquiry, they said the onions were for non-Jain orders, even though it was served on the same plate. We started eating, but then found a piece of potato in the chole, which I brought to the manager's attention. He nonchalantly admitted the error and promised to change it.

The manager’s casual attitude towards such a mistake was really disappointing. As for my Mysore Masala Dosa, the sambar served with it was stale. When I informed the staff, their reaction was indifferent.

It’s disheartening to see a restaurant that doesn't care about customers' requirements and health. Serving non-Jain food with Jain orders, not acknowledging mistakes, and serving stale food all added up to a highly disappointing experience. Additionally, the cost of the food was ₹420, which was exorbitant for such poor quality.

I ordered sweets from this outlet from swiggy and as a Goodwill gesture I got a fantastic message and a complimentary stuff. this is really wonderful to see such kind of people are existing in this world.
