❌❌❌Rude behaviour from staff❌❌❌ Mediocre tasting sweets. Being a Bengali myself, I urge every other Bengali to avoid this shop and go somewhere else. The staff is not at all trained and very rude. The owner has also some house rules that we need to eat any sweets outside the shop and not inside. This happened to me when it was 3 in the afternoon, I walked into the shop, it is in the last week of April and it is 42 degrees outside and no one in the shop but me. I bought a sweet and tasted it inside while the staff told me that I should eat at that corner where the sink is located and I tasted the sweet because I needed to check the quality before I could buy some quantity. But to my surprise the people told me the rules are to eat outside. What is wrong with this shop, seriously. NOT MANY SWEET SHOPS IN INDIA ASK THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BAREFOOT TO GO OUT OF THE SHOP AND EAT. Pathetic practice. Plus you would have to leave your footwear outside. This attitude towards your customers is very disheartening. I didn't expect this. I have been to the shop before and I took parcel of other sweets too, like Sandesh and samosa etc.I repeat, THE SWEETS ARE MEDIOCRE TASTING. No parking by the way. You would have to park right on the street. The parcel which they do of the sweets needs an improvement. The packaging is bad and they say that it won't leak, but it does leak (the packaging doesn't have a seal). I have previously experienced this when I took almost dry sweets and it leaked into my laptop bag. Overall the attitude is very bad, hope they improve as I am taking my business elsewhere and not recommending this...

The Another sweet which I love the most of this store is "Kheer Kadom". Kheer Kadam, also known as Raskadam, praise its unique "sweet within a sweet" texture, where a juicy Rasgulla is encased in a flavorful khoya (sweetened milk solids) shell. The dessert is a popular Bengali delicacy. The combination of the soft chenna from the rasgulla and the sweet, crumbly khoya shell creates a unique "double joy". it is a delicious and delightful experience.
The Owner is very good, experience was very good, excellent service. staff helpfulness, shop cleanliness, and competitive pricing for the products. Appreciate shop that offer fresh ingredients, unique flavors, and both traditional and ready-to-eat snacks and Sweets.
But I was really missing rasmalai and chamcham these two were out of stock on the day I had visited this place.
