New Golden Dragon, Aundh Road, Khadki, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I always saw too much rush near New Golden Dragon Restaurant which is at Aundh - Khadki Road hence thought to give a try this summer. Ordered only Chicken Dragon Noodles as I was all alone and it was little late in the evening. As you generally observe, the quantity of 1 dish/portion is quite big in most of the Chinese Restaurants/Outlets, it was the same case here. Taste was average but felt it added more colours than usual. Pricing is little on higher side as there are very less Chinese food options or competitors in this area. Surprisingly they don’t give fried noodles / Chopsy complimentary and they charge 30 Rupees for it which was absolutely unexpected. Note - This restaurant is NOT available on online food delivery services like Zomoto, Swiggy etc. You have to visit and collect your own order.

If you happen to visit this joint any day...you would definitely come back to it ..and when you are back to it, they will serve you a fried rice very similar to the taste that you had first time. In other words, one of the most consistent place that you would ever come across in town... the focus and concentration is clear! It's Chicken & Veg...they don't serve sea food which is a disappointment for sea food lovers...But you can blindly order anything from their short & crisp menu...Bet you!! U would be satisfied..

My favorite food from their menu is Dragon Fried Rice, a combo that comes with a chicken gravy and it can be accompanied by a Chinese omlette. Veg lovers should try hot Gobi Manchurian which is a big hit!! ...Triple schezwan is yet another popular dish served out there...

Very tasty food and good ambience to enjoy a delicious meal but their attitude in maintaining food quality sometime is very disappointing, it feels as if your sitting at a local road side chinese stall.

I came to know something surprising and funny as to why they put very less chicken in my "Chicken Fired Rice" is because I had order a chicken gravy, so they have to balance it. what was the connection I still don't know as I had paid full amount for both the dishes.
