Raj Meridian Ice-cream parlour — Local services in Pune

Again i m the same person from Moshi Alandi i travelled 37 km for the ice cream and ur unprofessional staff is enlisting names and the unprofessional workers are coming and jus doing what they want and you are counter questioning me that there is a another counter upsatairs ...can please the unprofessional attitude staff not tell the customers waiting down to go upstairs for better management... please don't fly so high if almighty has blessed you with good business in such difficult times where people are dieing of starvation feel blessed have GRATITUDE emphathy towards people coming from so far you never know when your time would change ...and do not forget you are replying to your customer on an open platform people will definitely feel what i am saying ...if you better service please put a readable board outside so people can read and go about accordingly..my heart felt so bad yesterday I felt soo insulted and...

Wish there were 0 stars here. So, I had heard a lot about this ice cream shop and hence thought of trying it. But to my disgrace, the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. The way they spoke to us was so humiliating. Just because we asked them where is the dust bin to throw used ice cream sticks? The person there had to say - ‘Can’t you see it? Go look for it.. Wear your specs if you can’t see’ in Marathi language very arrogantly. Is this a way to talk to anyone? Or rather your customer? I further confronted the owners sitting there who witnessed the whole scene and had nothing to say about this. We left from there and would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The Ice creams I tasted were just ok and weren’t really worth the hype.
